Sun Nepal Life will issue an IPO at a premium price
Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance has applied to the Nepal Securities Board seeking permission to issue an IPO at a premium price. The company has applied to the board on February 17 seeking permission to issue an IPO at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, with a premium of Rs.
The company has requested permission to issue 9.6 million ordinary shares worth 2 billion 40 million 52 lakh 80 thousand rupees. If the Nepal Securities Board gives permission, the company will issue an IPO at a premium price.
The company had appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the Securities Issuance and Sales Manager for the IPO issuance and proceeded with the IPO issuance process.
